To open an account with Onexvet, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Onexvet strictly prohibits registration by minors.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, Onexvet verifies the identity of all registered members. Verification is mandatory to make withdrawals. Failure to complete verification or providing false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.
If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited. Onexvet uses device fingerprinting and IP tracking to detect duplicate accounts.

- Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.

Note: Onexvet does not charge any fees on transactions. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — this is outside Onexvet's control.

- The welcome bonus is for new members only and applies after the first deposit.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
- Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 30x the bonus amount.
- Bonuses come with an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period ends.

All games on Onexvet operate using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by anyone. Game results are final in accordance with Onexvet's Terms & Conditions.
- Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which is listed in the game information.
- If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all wagers will be refunded.
- If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the outcome will be determined based on the last recorded state saved on the server.
- In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
- In Sports Betting, the outcome of a wager is determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event.
If Onexvet detects a technical fault or abnormal outcome in any game, it reserves the right to void that game round and refund all wagers. In such cases, Onexvet's decision is final.
Any activity that violates Onexvet's Terms & Conditions is strictly prohibited. If any of the following activities are detected, the account will be suspended immediately:
- Playing using bots, scripts, or any automation software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
- Intentionally exploiting any game vulnerability or bug.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
- Opening an account under a false identity or using another person's identity.
- Engaging in coordinated betting activity for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
- Attempting to hack, DDoS, or carry out any other form of cyberattack against the platform.
Consequences: If any of the above activities are proven, the full balance of the account in question will be forfeited, the account will be permanently closed, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
Onexvet believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not stress or financial hardship. Our responsible gaming policy is designed to support the well-being of all members.
- Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts.
- Temporary or permanent account self-exclusion is available upon request.
- If Onexvet detects signs of problematic gaming behaviour, we will reach out to the member and offer assistance.
- If Onexvet suspects that anyone under 18 is playing, immediate action will be taken.

Onexvet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false information or failing to complete identity verification.
- Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
Members may also request account closure at any time. Provided verification has been completed, any remaining balance will be refunded prior to closure.
Onexvet treats the protection of members' personal information as a top priority. Data collected during registration is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and legal compliance. Member information is never sold to third parties.
